The Side Extension Ground works
Once the new oak frame is up it was time to turn attention to the side extension ground works. Yes more digging, yes more concrete,block work and brickwork, but it mean the footprint for the future building is established.
The side extension will eventually house the utility room downstairs and a second much needed bathroom upstairs.
Again, like many other areas of the brickwork in this project. Im able to use the salvaged bricks from previous parts of the building. In fact the bricks used on the new side extension are the bricks from the old-lean that was there before!
